Treatment Session 60 Minutes Online

This would be a 60 minutes confidential space (EMDR/CBT)

Service Description

This is a 60 minute session where we will explore the root of the problem. Using a combination of techniques I can process trauma's from the past, and create safe environments to explore present day problems. We use zoom to set up the meeting, and I can use EMDR by sharing the screen.
